A re-inspection is important for anyone who wants to insure that any necessary changes were done correctly and without affecting other systems in the home.

We will re-inspect the structure, systems, and components of the home inside and out, top to bottom, using the latest tools and technology. As a Certified Professional Inspector® trained by InterNACHI®, we adhere to a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This means that I will inspect all of the following, when visible and accessible:
